Shipping information
Please note the maximum total allowed order value per order on www.thseeds.net is 1000 Euros. All orders will be shipped by PostNL outside of Europe and KDZ courier in side of Europe. Please go to www.postnl.com or https://kdz.com/en/track-trace/ and fill out your track and trace number to see the tracking information for your order. Delivery times depend on the country, but in general delivery of your order will be between 5 and 8 working days after placing of the order.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
The customer at www.thseeds.net has the right to cancel his purchase 14 days after receipt of the product. The customer can only return the unused product, unopened, in its original packagingIf the customer wishes to use his right to cancel the purchase, he has to inform about this by filling out the Right of Cancellation Form, scanning it or taking a picture and emailing it to thseeds.amsterdam@gmail.com

The risk and burden of proof about the just and on time exercise of the right of cancellation is for the customer. The customer will pay the shipping costs for returning the product. After receipt of the customer’s filled out Right of Cancellation Form by email at thseeds.amsterdam@gmail.com T.H.Seeds™ will reply to this email with a confirmation email. T.H.Seeds™ will refund the original purchase amount including shipping costs when it has received and inspected the returned product. T.H.Seeds™ will refund the buyer using the same method that was used by the buyer. T.H.Seeds™ can refund the buyer using a different method only after consulting with buyer and receiving approval for this from buyer
